6-day women’s retreat at Lake Maggiore, Switzerland | November 9-14, 2026

DO LESS. RECEIVE MORE.

DIVINE LAZINESS ACTIVATED.

A nervous system recalibration disguised as a dreamy week in Switzerland. This isn’t just another retreat that gives you a temporary high before dropping you back into the same pace and patterns. Spend six days immersed in a slower rhythm where your body remembers what safety, spaciousness, pleasure, and receiving actually feels like.

Most retreats ask you to slow down for a week and then you return home to the same life and environment you came from, quickly forgetting what you even felt on retreat. This one lets you experience at a cellular level what your nervous system is capable of when it's given permission to operate at the pace it was actually built for. So you go home with a new rhythm, not just the photos - that’s the real retreat flex.

Every year Summer ends, Autumn seems to be a blip in time and we somehow land in the chaos of holidays and New Year. But Autumn is one of the most important times of the year, especially for women. It is the season your body is asking for permission to release, shed what you’ve been carrying, and sync with the slower rhythm of nature. An opportunity to leave behind what’s done and honor what was. Before just bulldozing into the next year and feeling burnt out. It's time to be intentional about the season of release so that you can step into a new year with grounded intentions and clarity.

A note from Anayat

I've always struggled to explain what happens on retreat.

Not because nothing happens.

Because too much happens.

The kind of transformation retreats create cannot be explained.

Only felt.

So instead of writing another page about workshops and excursions and what's included, I wanted to share why this retreat exists.

From the most unfiltered lens possible.

Because this retreat was born from my own experience in Switzerland in November of 2025.

And if you've landed on this page, I have a feeling your body already knows something your mind is still trying to catch up to.

This isn't a sales page.

It's an invitation.

A transmission.

My Switzerland story…

In November 2025, I took myself on a self-led retreat at Habitat, the very place we'll be calling home for this retreat. I arrived by train from Zurich energized, excited, and admittedly a little chaotic. But within hours, something shifted. It felt like someone unplugged me from the socket (in the best way possible). The pace I had been operating at simply wasn't available to me there. Nature had other plans.

By Day 2, I was waking up without alarms, letting my body decide when it wanted to rise, eat, move, rest, and explore. I basically lived in a robe and slippers all week (which, tbh, didn't take much convincing). I journaled for hours without prompts, soaked in the jacuzzi until my fingers pruned, wandered to the local restaurant next door with no plan, and ate Swiss chocolate one tiny bite at a time, savoring every ounce of pleasure. The quiet wasn't deafening, it was revealing. Without the constant noise and distractions, I could finally hear myself again.

But my favorite pastime became sitting by the floor-to-ceiling windows watching clouds swim through the mountains. I remember thinking, "Wow... when was the last time I had enough spaciousness to simply watch the clouds roll in?" The answer was years. Somewhere between the stillness, the mountains, the lake, and the permission to stop doing, I remembered what it felt like to simply be.

And somewhere in all of that, my system melted. My nervous system softened. My body finally felt safe. I felt held by the land itself, connected to something greater, and deeply attuned to a rhythm that felt slower, softer, and more natural than the one I had been living. I knew before leaving that I needed to bring other women here, not just because Switzerland is breathtaking, but because I experienced firsthand what becomes possible when a woman is given the conditions to truly receive.

Retreat Philosophy.

DO LESS, RECEIVE MORE: That's the entire philosophy.

We're classifying this retreat under “Divine Laziness.”

Where there is precisely zero expectation of you beyond showing up.

The emails, texts, to-do lists, and schedules can wait.

Everything can wait.

Because guess what happens when you finally gift yourself space before touching any of that shit?

You come back to who you were before it all.

Who are you without the doing?

Without work.

Without caregiving.

Without productivity.

Without everyone's expectations.

Without constantly being needed.

Who are you?

Because THAT’S the woman we're meeting in Switzerland.

The one underneath all the roles.

The one underneath all the responsibilities.

The one waiting patiently for your attention.

The Recalibration.

With this retreat, you have an opportunity to offload + regulate your entire system. You get to see what’s available within your vessel and in your life when you approach every day from this new baseline - grounded. You’re able to respond from a more regulated and confident place, you feel more in tune with your body’s natural rhythm, you find clarity + sovereignty in your decision making, you physically move slower so that it softens your nervous system,  you recognize how much pressure and urgency you’ve been leading with ALL THE DAMN TIME, you become aware of your habitual responses, you create space for processing time in your body, you recognize where your energy is leaking and call it back.

Step into this juicy, drenched in self-care, slow paced retreat for an entire week spent in Switzerland, where you get to put all this into practice from a place of devotion to yourself. This wasn’t created for you to just say “omg what a dream,” this is your potential reality.

This is your invitation to strip away the urgency and constant chase of productivity, and guess what sis?

When you do, you realize it’s not that serious and there’s actually no rush to this sweet life. You learn that an entirely different pace is available to you when you step into an environment that forces doing less and receiving more. Most importantly, you notice where you’ve been giving away your precious time and energy - calling it “busy” as if that’s a badge of honor to wear.

Hot take: it’s not. And your nervous system doesn’t thrive on staying busy.

What we’re doing on this retreat together is recalibrating our nervous systems to a more regulated state. One that doesn’t rush, one that re-learns how to feel safe when doing less, one that offers spaciousness to breathe deeper from the belly, and a system that is led by self-trust & intuition.

Our Switzerland retreat is the catalyst to the recalibration. Starting from the moment you commit to saying yes to yourself, you feel your shoulders soften and your jaw unclench - because you know there’s more to look forward to now.

The practices and retreat experiences themselves are the path to continued awakening and embodiment of your newly claimed frequency that feels like being cozied up in silk sheets with Swiss chocolate.

Your capacity to hold the transformation happens long after the retreat, because you felt + grew a capacity for it while being on retreat.

THE CATALYST:

the moment you decide it’s a yes.

THE PATH:

Sisterhood + movement + nature + ritual + spaciousness.

Meet your Co-Facilitator

Jenny Jeske

Jenny is a Hatha-inspired yoga teacher and the founder of Inner Tide. Her teaching is grounded in nervous system awareness, seasonal rhythms, and embodied presence.

Yoga found Jenny during a pivotal chapter of her life while she was exploring ditching alcohol for good— a path she has now walked for seven years. What began as a personal practice of grounding and self-inquiry soon became something much deeper. Along her journey, she attended numerous retreats and workshops, continually immersing herself in spaces of growth and transformation. After feeling an undeniable inner pull, she attended 0 0a particularly special retreat with Anayat — an experience that clarified her path and led her to enroll in her 200-hour YTT training. She began teaching not long after, answering the quiet but persistent call to share the work.

Trained at Rising Lotus Healing Center and shaped by years of lived practice, Jenny offers classes that emphasize intentional movement, steady breath, and spacious moments of stillness. With a background in corporate and event life, she understands the pace and pressure of modern work. She continues to balance corporate life alongside her devotion to yoga, embodying the real-life integration of these practices.

Her classes are an invitation to slow down, reconnect with the body, and find steadiness beneath the noise — without force, performance, or perfection.
